cenrtaQuest QMS is a solution built on a real DMS/Archive. Our solution focuses on providing an easy way to create, manage and publish all procedural and verification related documents. 

 

Theese are directly created from your DMS on Office or Visio and neatly shown on centraQuest QMS Portal upon release. This way all your coworkers and associates will have quick and easy access to their process and check lists or forms.

Solution

Most QMS systems have their streghts in a database supported process drawing and creation but lack in the management and permission allocation departments. We use Visio, Word and company as input tools and play our strenghts with the creation, display and publication of your procedural documentation.

 


What sets our solution apart from the rest?

The process designs you create on Visio can easily be integrated onto the centraQuest Portal always making sure the latest version is diplayed.

 


Editing process designs and documents

You create your QM procedural and verification documents with Word, Visio or PDF which are centrally stored on the centraQuest DMS/Archive. After the approval procedure your data is managed by our intelligent mechanism on the QM Portal and displayed for all employees.

 


Import & Export

You can use any previously existing documents and data and just load them onto centraQuest Portal.

A standard set of item lists that can be tailored to your needs at your disposal.


Notification function and E-Mail reporting

Diverse E-Mail notification and reporting functions always keep you in the loop on current events. This way you can always know when your next audit is, who handed in that improvement proposal or who's birthday next week is.

All data is safely stored on the centralized DMS. This allows for a quick and precise handling of relevant information.

 


Review and approval

The centraQuest QMS solution includes an easy two-step approval workflow that enables you to approve and release entries. As soon as a new entry is ready for approval the associated manager can be notified per E-Mail or check the status change on the QMS Portal.
